Bottle of rosé wine from a Spanish Trappist abbey in Carcastillo.
Cistercian monks have been making wine for over 900 years in La Oliva, located in Carcastillo, a small village in southern Navarre. Today it is the only monastery in Spain where the monks own the winery and produce their own wine.
This rosé mass/dessert wine clearly reminds us of the monks, but on the other hand, it is a wine that is open to the whole public. It is a pink, sweet wine. All the sugars in this wine are natural. It is ideal to drink it with a dessert.
Available in bottles of 50cl.
